Flagstaff Emergency Physicians is an independent group. While we work closely with the hospital and other providers, we might not be contracted with the same insurance providers. Because we are the nearest hospital to the Grand Canyon, we receive many travelers from all over the world. It is not possible to contract with every insurance payer. Check with your insurance company regarding your coverage if you have questions.

We want to make your payments as secure as possible. We partner with a bank lockbox based in Las Vegas, NV to securely receive and record your payment.

You will receive a bill from us and Flagstaff Medical Center separately. Your Flagstaff Emergency Physicians’ bill is for the physician’s service. Your Northern Arizona Healthcare or Flagstaff Medical Center bill is for the hospital. You might also receive bills from other medical providers based on your care.
